In order to register your child / children / yourself, we need the following:
1. Fill out the registration form. (Download Below)
2. Email a copy of your ID (Bank account holder) and registration form to admin@swimkidzsa.co.za
3. Email Proof of payment for the registration fee of R600 per swimmer.
4. When we receive your forms and POP we will contact you to approve a swim time. A specific timeslot must be booked and is dependent on age group; level of swimming; availability and of open timeslots and best suited time for both parties.
